Endowment/Donations - Agreements/Letter
For all endowments, an appropriate endowment letter from the Donor, specifying the use of the Funds be forwarded to the School's Principal's Office along the payment through an Account Payee Cheque and the PAN Number of the Donor. Approval of the acceptance will be provided by the School in the form of Receipt, 80 G Certificate and a thank you letter.

Along with the application copy of the PAN card to be forwarded.
Payment to be made only by crossed cheque in Favour of 'Welham Boys' School Society'.
Overall Purpose / Goal
Annual Reporting on the utilization of funds shall be made to the Donors at the end of each financial year.
