Welham Boys School on Monday 20th 2012 welcomed the Ambassador of Philadelphia at School. She was on an official visit to various schools in the country and for Welham it was a matter of immense pride that The Ambassador was able to address the school and Welham Girls.
A native of India, she is a graduate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a tireless advocate of the global efforts in building ties between Philadelphia and India. We were mutually happy to partner a beneficial relationship.
The Careers Department felt that her visit has enriched our endeavors in promoting International Education and an educational partnership exchange programme. We will be taking this programme forward by visiting ‘The Camp Philadelphia’ Summer Programme 2012.
